Tested in a performance at 2.000 m altitude the work refers to the certain pass route built under Napoleon to connect Italy with France. The writing on the paper summaries the financial transfers to members of the municipality of Brig during a certain time. The garment is part of the “Marque de sorcière” series which relate to the ancient witch trials that took place in this particular area about 500 years ago. The different paper constructions of the series deal with the themes of escape, disguise, deception and repentance.
